Infosys Foundation is looking to collaborate with NGOs and training partners with proven success in implementing effective and innovative initiatives within the skill training sector in India.The goal is to boost youth employability in a competitive job market by offering training in both technical and soft skills, with an emphasis on job placements. By partnering with these organisations, Infosys Foundation aims to significantly enhance the job readiness of young people, helping them secure meaningful employment.

Main objective of the campaign:

Invite applications from skill training partners dedicated to providing employability to the country's youth through comprehensive training (Skilling and reskilling) programs.

Target audience:

NGOs/Private training partners eligible to execute CSR projects
Organisations can provide training on STEM and Non STEM courses. Preference will be provided to organisations focusing on STEM Courses

Target Sectors: STEM/Non-STEM courses (Preference to STEM)

Beneficiaries: Final year students and unemployed youth

Geographies: Pan India with a focus on Chandigarh, Delhi, Karnataka, Kerala, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Odisha, Punjab, Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, West Bengal

Selection Criteria:

The organisations will be evaluated basis multiple factors such as:

Past experience of implementing large scale skilling programs, minimum 5000 beneficiaries per year
Strong track record in student placements with minimum 55% placement rate
Strong training program with a minimum duration of 60 hrs
Program theory of change and Logical Framework to demonstrate impact
Execution plan with detailed timelines
Monitoring and evaluation plan including risk mitigation strategies
Sustainability of the proposed program

Project Timelines:

The project timeline should be for a period of 1+3 years (as is for ‘Ongoing CSR projects’) with Year-on-Year plans outlined for each activity/task.
The projects are expected to start in September 2024 and continue until March 2025. The contract will be extended based on the performance and delivery in the first year of the engagement.
Organisations to ensure clear beneficiary numbers are provided for each year of the project implementation. Details of students to be enrolled, students who will complete the courses and the number of students aimed for placement is mandatory in every application.
