Apply for Cohort 2 of the TaRa AtmaNirbhar Grant

The TaRa AtmaNirbhar Grant is a programme that provides customised organisational development (OD) support for 6-12 months and an additional, unrestricted fund of INR 2.5 lakhs. The programme enables leaders to accelerate their organisational growth to deliver greater impact.

This is an initiative of Tarachand Ramnath Seva Trust (The TaRa Trust) in collaboration with TBL Consultancy services. Atma is the implementing and capacity building partner in this grant.

Last year, through this grant, seven NGOs were able to improve their knowledge, skills and processes in at least three OD areas. After the successful completion of Cohort 1, we are excited to onboard seven new NGOs from Pune City for this unique capacity-building programme.

We are back for Cohort 2 and we are looking for NGOs in Pune City to kickstart their capacity building journey with us.
