Please note: The Sattva Cohort-Based Capability Building Program is a paid, exclusive, learning experience focused on building organisational capabilities.

The social sector is evolving rapidly, with nonprofits navigating changing funding landscapes, increasing expectations of accountability, rapid advances in technology, and a growing emphasis on data-driven decision-making. To respond effectively to these shifts, organizations need to continuously strengthen their capabilities across leadership, fundraising, program design, and monitoring and evaluation.

Drawing on over 15 years of experience working with nonprofits, corporations, philanthropists, and ecosystem stakeholders, Sattva has designed a Cohort-Based Capability Building Program to support nonprofit leaders and practitioners in building critical organizational capabilities.

The program combines expert-led learning, practical tools, peer learning, and advisory support to help organizations improve effectiveness, strengthen systems, and scale impact.

The program is structured around three capability areas:

  • Leadership Development (LD) – For emerging and experienced leaders seeking to strengthen their leadership skills to navigate challenges and drive solutions.

  • Fundraising & Resource Mobilisation (FR) – For organizations looking to build result oriented FR strategy.

  • Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) – For organizations seeking to strengthen program design, measurement, and data-driven decision-making.

Why Should You Join This Program?

The program will enable participants:

  • Strengthen leadership and team management capabilities.

  • Build more effective fundraising and donor engagement approaches.

  • Improve program design, measurement, and reporting practices.

  • Gain practical tools, frameworks, and templates that can be immediately applied within their organizations.

  • Receive expert guidance tailored to their organizational context.

  • Learn alongside peers from across the nonprofit sector.

  • Become part of an ongoing community of practitioners and changemakers.

What You Should Know?

Each capability area is structured as a learning journey with multiple modules or sessions within them.
