Saanstha is an intensive 8-month organisation development journey for senior leaders of mid-sized civil society organisations who are navigating growth, complexity, and leadership transitions.
Designed for women-led organisations and organisations working on gender themes, Saanstha supports founders and senior leaders to move from founder-centric functioning to shared leadership, stronger systems, and healthier organisational culture. The programme recognises organisations as living, evolving entities—and focuses on building internal capacities so leaders can steer growth sustainably from within.
Through a hybrid learning journey that combines in-person workshops, mentoring, and guided organisational reflection, leaders work on real-time organisational challenges while strengthening their own leadership practice. The emphasis is on clarity of vision, people and culture systems, role clarity, and building confident second-line leadership.
