The Saansatha Program is designed to enhance leadership capabilities among senior NGO leaders, foster a culture of shared decision-making, and strengthen both individual and organisational performance. Through this program, leaders are equipped with the tools and skills needed to drive their organisation’s growth independently.

Program Offerings:

  • In-person sessions on organisational development

  • Cohort-based learning journeys

  • Real-time project implementation

  • One-on-one mentorship by sector experts

  • Self-awareness sessions for leadership development

Eligibility Criteria:

  • The NGO must be registered in India and operational for at least 5 years.

  • The NGO should work with adolescents and youth.

  • Organisations currently enrolled in other accelerator or incubator programs are not eligible.

  • Must have at least 15+ full-time paid employees.

  • Applications must include two leaders: either two co-founders, one founder and one senior leader, or two members of the leadership team.

  • Applicants must commit to the 9-month program and have proficiency in English or Hindi.

Selection Process:

  1. Online registration by the organisation

  2. Application shortlisting and screening by the Pravah team

  3. Online interviews with shortlisted candidates

  4. Panel presentations

  5. Final selection and onboarding

Pravah was established to address a significant gap in the traditional education system, which often focuses on career preparation but overlooks the essential life skills young people need to navigate complex challenges. Pravah is committed to fostering lifelong learners by equipping adolescents and young adults with these critical skills during their formative years.
