High-impact programmes and scalable models but no funds? Is your organisation struggling with fundraising?

Fundraising often depends on one person, donor outreach is ad hoc, compliance feels overwhelming, and teams have little time to build these capabilities while managing day-to-day programmes.

Skill Up Collective is a two-day, hands-on programme designed specifically for smaller NGOs. In two days, you’ll work on your own organisation to build a practical fundraising roadmap, strengthen your donor and organisational systems, and create tools you can use immediately. You’ll leave with a fundraising workbook, prioritised donor pipeline, practical templates and a 90-day action plan, along with 90 days of post-session support to help you put it all into practice.

Through engaging, practical sessions, participants will:

Identify and prioritise the right donors for your organisation
Build a simple fundraising system that your team can actually use
Develop a clear and compelling fundraising ask
Strengthen donor communication and relationship management
Improve organisational readiness through better systems and processes

Rather than just presentations and notes, you'll leave with ready-to-implement tools and processes customised for your organisation, including:

Prioritised donor pipeline
Templates for proposal, budgets, cold emails and reporting

Checklist for compliance and funder-readiness.
A 90-day action plan to apply what you learned to your organisation

The focus is simple: help you build stronger fundraising and organisational practices that you can start implementing as soon as you're back at work!

Post Session Support

Most workshops end when the session does, Skill Up Collective is designed to help you learn and then apply what you've learned. To help you with that, for 90-days after the session, we will support you with additional resources, a refresher online session, and potential one-on-one meetings.

You'll also be a part of the India Partner Network (IPN) and New Venture Partners (NVP) community, giving you continued access to learning opportunities, resources, and peer support beyond the workshop.

Why attend?

Small cohort: Learn alongside 35–40 nonprofit professionals facing similar challenges, while exchanging ideas and practical approaches with organisations working across different sectors and contexts.

Hands-on working sessions: Apply concepts directly to your own organisation with guidance from facilitators.
Practical tools: Leave with templates, checklists, and frameworks you can continue refining after the workshop.
Continued support: Stay connected through IPN & NVP for ongoing learning and engagement.
