The Value Circle 3.0 is toolbox INDIA’s flagship capacity strengthening program for grassroots nonprofits. The program is designed keeping in mind our experience working with 300+ nonprofits in the last 13 years. It aims to enable nonprofits to move towards financial resilience and operational continuity by offering support in the key domains of fundraising, communications and impact. The Value Circle is delivered online through a combination of expert-led masterclasses, hands-on skilled volunteering support, access to a panel of advisors and fundraising support for a part of the cohort.
Who is the target audience/who is it relevant for?
Small to mid sized grassroots nonprofits based in India
Key outcomes/takeaways
Strengthened fundraising and operational continuity for resource-constrained social purpose organizations; domain focus on communications and impact besides fundraising
Selection criteria
Registered nonprofits with demonstrated impact, 3 or more full-time employees, an operating budget above 40 lakhs that have been operational for at least 4 years
Program Fee
Tier I - Standard Offering - 10,000 INR
Tier II - Advanced Offering - 20,000 INR
Tier I enables nonprofits to access masterclasses on fundraising, communications and impact alongside a 8-10 hour volunteer engagement and access to 3 advisory sessions. Tier II builds on the masterclasses in the standard offering, allowing organizations to delve into the 3 domains in-depth, with a longer engagement with volunteers and additional advisory support. The fundraising support for Tier II organizations will also be more extensive - with a select portion of the cohort receiving crowdfunding execution support as well.
