It involves analysing salary data, benefits, and other forms of compensation to ensure that an organisation\u2019s offerings are competitive and fair. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Compensation benchmarking is a vital tool for non-profits to remain competitive, ensure fairness, and effectively manage their resources.  However, there is often not easily available data around compensations and benefits, and organisations often don\u2019t have the bandwidth or resources to do a detailed benchmarking exercise. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dipstick Compensation &amp; Benefits benchmarking report created by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/@Raahi.Impact\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/@Raahi.Impact\">Raahi: Impact Journeys<\/a>, is a unique, community-driven benchmarking, where 100 non-profits around India pooled in their data &#8211; and then made the results public in 2023 for all non-profits to learn from.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Through this resource the participants can discover insights on the typical approaches to compensation and benefits, to best assist their non-profit employees. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It includes: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>Understanding the Compensation and Benchmarking report <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Insights into typical compensation ranges and benefits <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> Ideas on how to take part in such initiatives in the future <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>This resource is recommended for senior leadership, human resource and recruitment department of a non-profit organisation.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Compensation benchmarking is the process of comparing an organisation\u2019s pay and benefits packages to those of similar organisations in the same industry or sector.
