The Wisdom Tree’s “Developing Leaders Designing Culture” (DLDC) programme is a cohort-based initiative designed to empower NGO leaders to tackle organisational challenges through cultural transformation.

Running over nine months, the programme blends experiential labs, live projects, and conceptual workshops.

Participants engage in deep self-reflection, align their organisation’s culture with strategic goals, and gain tools to promote well-being, inclusion, and sustainability.

DLDC integrates globally recognised models like Theory U and Integral Theory with indigenous approaches, providing a holistic framework for intentional culture change.
