Niranthara Sahayak is a 12-month program by Dhwani Foundation aimed at strengthening grassroots NGOs in India.

It offers on-site and online workshops, expert guidance, and helpdesk support to enhance areas like compliance, governance, finance, human resources, and digital presence.

The program also provides management services for compliance, finance, accounting, HR, and MIS, along with tools such as laptops and NGO management software.

Eligible NGOs, with an annual budget above ₹30 lakhs and a minimum of five employees, contribute ₹30,000, while Dhwani Foundation invests ₹2.5 lakhs per NGO.

Applications are open through forms available in English, Kannada, and Tamil.
