An offer letter is presented to a person who has been shortlisted for a position in an organisation after the selection process. The offer letter captures all the basic details such as salary, benefits, organisation policies and others which are critical for the employee to know while confirming the offer.

This resource provides a basic offer letter template that can be used by the HR managers and recruiters in your organisation while extending an employment offer.
