An onboarding form is a document or set of documents that new employees are required to fill out during the onboarding into an organisation. These forms typically include personal information, tax and payroll details, emergency contact information, benefits enrollment forms, company policies acknowledgment, and any other necessary paperwork for the employee to begin their employment smoothly.

Onboarding forms help the organisation gather essential information about the new employee, facilitate compliance with legal and administrative requirements, and streamline the integration process into the company.

This resource contains a basic template that can be used by hiring managers and recruiters as a reference during the onboarding of a new employee.
