The Fundraising Assessment Framework serves as an internal tool for organisation to assess their readiness towards achieving successful fundraising outcomes. The framework helps the organisation to assess itself across 11 main functions including fundraising, planning, processes, collateral, leadership and governance, branding and marketing and more.

The framework can be circulated among multiple team members within the organisation to gather various perspectives and triangulated into an aggregate understanding of the organisation’s maturity across each function and sub-function.
